LeadSun Plus Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LeadSun Plus ("App," "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadSun Plus is a mobile field data collection application for solar lighting installation and maintenance teams. Features include project management, GPS pole tracking, photo documentation, maintenance logging, offline data sync, role-based access control, and CSV data export.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is intended for professional/business use by solar lighting installation companies and their authorized personnel.

4. User Accounts

• Accounts are invitation-only, created by an Owner/Manager
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must provide accurate information
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

5. User Roles and Permissions

Three roles with different access levels:

• Owner/Manager: Full access including user management, data export, project archive/delete
• Field Member: Create/edit projects, poles, maintenance records; no user management
• Customer: View-only access to assigned projects; no maintenance visibility

Your role is assigned by your organization's administrator.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Reverse engineer or modify the application
• Share your login credentials
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property

7. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of data you input (project data, photos, notes)
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as needed to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
• You must have the right to upload any photos or content you submit

8. Photos and Media

• Photos uploaded are stored in our cloud infrastructure
• Photos may be cached locally on your device for offline access
• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to photograph any sites or equipment
• We do not claim ownership of your photos

9. GPS and Location Data

• The App uses GPS for pole placement and navigation features
• Location access requires your explicit device permission
• We do not track your location in the background
• GPS accuracy may vary depending on device and environmental conditions
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of recorded locations

10. Offline Functionality

• The App supports offline use with local data caching
• Data created offline is synced when connectivity returns
• In case of conflicts, the most recent change takes precedence (last-write-wins)
• We are not responsible for data loss due to sync conflicts
• Cache data may be cleared by administrators

11. Account Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings
• Account deletion permanently removes your personal information
• The last Owner/Manager account cannot be deleted to maintain system integrity
• Deletion is irreversible
• Data you contributed to shared projects may persist in audit logs

12. Intellectual Property

• LeadSun Plus and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeadSun
• The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
• Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent

13. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

• Google Maps/Places API (subject to Google's Terms of Service)
• Resend (for transactional emails)
• Neon (database hosting)
• Replit (application hosting)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• GPS accuracy for any specific purpose
• Data will not be lost (maintain your own backups)
• Compatibility with all devices

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADSUN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from GPS inaccuracies
• Issues caused by third-party services
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the prior 12 months

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadSun from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

17. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email.

18. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations
• You may stop using the Service at any time
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.

20. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeadSun regarding the Service.
